Hi, I’m Changmin Lee, founder of Zybro.
Over the last decade, I worked in business management and M&A, operating across Brazil and Korea. I managed overseas subsidiaries, worked closely with factory floors, and collaborated with global headquarters; learning how systems scale, and where they break.
But outside of work, I struggled with something much simpler: finding a home.

Why I'm building Zybro
Brazil is full of potential and incredible people.
But it’s also full of friction.
Renting, buying, selling — every step felt inefficient.
Endless listings. Repeated questions. Wasted visits.
The problem wasn’t a lack of homes.
It was how homes are discovered.
That’s why I’m building Zybro —
to start discovery with video, filter real intent early,
and respect people’s time on both sides.

What we believe
We believe technology should expand access, not privilege.
For too long, the best services were reserved for those who could afford time, expertise, or personal connections.
In real estate, this meant that only a limited group was truly served,
while everyone else navigated friction, uncertainty, and wasted effort.
We believe this can change.
When technology scales judgment, context, and understanding,
it stops being a luxury — and becomes infrastructure for everyone, at scale.
Zybro is built on the belief that better discovery should be available to everyone,
not just those with resources, networks, or leverage.
